HumaneKind - Celebrating Young Animal Advocates

To be eligible for nomination for the HumaneKind Compassionate Youth Award, all nominees must meet the following criteria:

Age
All nominees must be under 18 years of age. If your nominee is 18 years of age now, but their service to animals began before the age of 17, they are admissible.

Location
Nominees are not required to be within the United States, however all nomination submissions must be in English.

Animal Welfare Activities
Nominees are not required to be part of a formal group or organization in order to qualify.

Nominee activities are not limited to domestic or companion animals. Activities involving wildlife, endangered species, etc. also qualify.

Nominee activities must involve animal welfare related issues. The HumaneKind Compassionate Youth Award does not include animal rights topics such as fur, animal testing, vegetarianism, etc.
